Responsibilities
● Control and monitor vacation/sick days reports.
● Control and monitor the traveling plan – collect the travel requests from the managers and build
a yearly calendar based on those requests
● Macbook and equipment tracking
● Organize welfare events (team building, happy hours, Christmas parties)
● Collaboration with NI’s people partners, vendors, and recruitment team
● Continually checking with our focal points for needs
● Assisting in recruitment (mainly operative side of setting the meetings)
Requirements
● 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
● Experience with operations Project management
● Holistic view
● independency
● English at a very good level.
