Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and hands-on Technical Support Engineer to join Nintex’s team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes new challenges every day. The person will work closely with Nintex’s partners and enterprise customers on product deployments and will be responsible for delivering outstanding technical support remotely.
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing outstanding technical support focused on the overall success of Nintex’s customers and partners. You will collect all relevant data required to effectively troubleshoot and understand how the customer is using the products.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to partners and customers who are using our enterprise software.
• Provide support for pre and post-sales activities.
• Perform product installations and implementation.
• Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status.
• Collaborate with QA and R&D to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in a customer support role providing technical support in a SaaS organization
• Experience with system implementation and deployment, including system configuration and troubleshooting in a client-server environment.
• Outstanding customer-facing abilities and verbal communication skills.
• IT knowledge/background required.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and documentation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
Advantages
• Development experience or knowledge in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, .NET, SQL is considered an advantage
• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related Engineering field Personal
• Professional experience in Windows environment administration
• Network and Web analytics are considered a plus
